I found him to be very competent, hard working, knowledgeable of the local/surrounding markets, and provided valuable advice when both selling my old home in Arcadia and buying my new home in La Verne. I had a great impression of Nick as soon as I met him. I had interviewed a number of other agents, and after meeting Nick I knew he would be the best agent for me. Throughout the selling process, Nick proved me right. I always felt like my house was his top priority, even though I know he had other listings out there. He returned my calls quickly, and with all the answers I needed. He also gave me some great and inexpensive tips on how to show my house better to get top dollar. All proving to work, because my home sold quickly even in a down market, which I attribute entirely to him. Additionally, he got me into contact with termite and home inspectors who were very professional and courteous. In general, it was a great experience to work with Nick, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I could go on and on about his professionalism, experience, and skill, but the overall point is that I would use him again in a heartbeat. He gets 6 out of 5 stars! (less)
